Dallas Juniors Club Directors & Coaches

Club Owners

Steve and Lyn Koch started Dallas Juniors 14 years ago and have been very successful as the owners for a locally played and owned club. Steve Koch has 20+ years coaching High School and Club Volleyball. He coached with Austin Juniors for 5 years before transferring to Houston. While in Houston Steve and Lyn gained experience running Westside Volleyball Club. Steve is currently the Athletic Director for Jesuit Prep. School and is well known among his colleagues in the sports world. He has had lots of success in the sport of volleyball. Steve will be coaching the 16 and under team this season. Lyn Koch is the backbone of this club and works behind the scenes with registration, uniforms and coordinating all the tournament entries, etc.

Director

In her 7th season as the Dallas Juniors Club director and 8th season to coach Wendy Munzel is ready for the 2007-8 season. She is in her 8th season as the Ursuline Academy Varsity Coach and her team won the District 1-5A title in 2001 and 2003 as well as earning her the Coach of the Year honor. She has coached volleyball for 14 years. Wendy played middle blocker for Division I University of Houston and has coached at the Division I level as well as High School and Club levels. She will also have the responsibility of coaching one of the 14 and under teams this season.

Coaches

Each team will have two coaches assigned to them. At least one of those two coaches will be at each practice and match.
